Instructions were issued to all the MEOs and Principals
1. Head Master:
Keep class wise OMRs in polythene covers. Then place all the covers in the carton box and paste the filled Annexure 1 form on the box. Then fill Annexure 2 and submit all these to concerned Meo.
2. MEOs:
Fill up the Annexure 3 form and place all the school-wise carton boxes in another big carton box. Affix one copy of Annexure 3 on it and submit another copy of Annexure 3 and carton box to Secretary DCEB.
All unused OMRs should be handed over to MRC in a separate cover along with the used OMRs
